Rowena Smith

Rowena Smith is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at RVU since January 2020, Rowena has previously held positions such as Senior HR Advisor at RVU and HR Advisor at ITN from October 2018 to December 2019. Rowena's background includes experience at Virgin Active as a Regional Employee Relations Advisor and People Administrator from May 2016 to September 2018, and as an HR Administrator at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from September 2014 to April 2016. Rowena holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from the University of Chichester, complemented by CIPD qualifications obtained between 2015 and 2017.
