Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at RWC Group since January 2016, Robert oversees a team of Financial Analysts and enhances company profitability through enterprise-wide automation tools employing VBA, SQL, ADO, and XML. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Republic Services, including Manager of Financial Accounting and Senior Financial Analyst, where key responsibilities included managing the corporate bonus plan, forecasting operating income, and implementing reconciliation software. Earlier in Robert's career at Enterprise Holdings Inc., responsibilities encompassed supervising financial statement processes, managing audits, and training staff accountants. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
