Eric Horowitz

Eric Horowitz is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and management. As Principal Owner at RWC Lending since May 2023, Eric has focused on originating and managing first-lien mortgages for stabilized multifamily properties. Additionally, as Principal Owner of RWC since January 2016, Eric has overseen a vertically integrated real estate investment firm that invests in various asset classes, prioritizing value-add opportunities. Prior to these roles, Eric served as Vice President in Mortgage Credit Trading at Nomura and held analyst positions at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., J.P. Morgan, and Bear Stearns & Co. Eric holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in Real Estate from New York University.
