Guy Larose is a distinguished Senior Technical Director and Principal at RWDI, specializing in wind engineering, long-span bridges, and aerodynamics since 2016. With a robust background in both academic research and client work, Guy has contributed to the engineering of some of the world's tallest structures and longest bridges, while also publishing and lecturing extensively on the subject. In addition, Guy serves as an Adjunct Professor at both Carleton University and the University of Ottawa, supervising graduate research in bluff body and sports aerodynamics, respectively. Previously, Guy was a Principal Research Officer at the National Research Council Canada, focusing on fluid-structure interactions and vehicle aerodynamics, and has held academic roles at Politecnico di Milano and the Danish Maritime Institute. Guy holds a Research Doctorate from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, a Master of Engineering from Western University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Université Laval.
