Michael Hidalgo, MBA has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Michael is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Broker Engagement at Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Broker Concierge & MLS Trainer at the same company from November 2019 to March 2023.

Before joining Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, Michael Hidalgo held the position of Assistant Managing Broker: Coral Gables-South Miami Office at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty from October 2018 to August 2019. Michael also worked at EWM Realty International, where they served as the Corporate Trainer for Miami-Dade County from July 2018 to August 2019, as well as the Listing & Sales Coordinator from January 2018 to October 2018. Michael started their tenure at EWM Realty International as a Broker Associate, MBA | ABR®, GRI®, PSA®, RENE®, SRS®, e-Pro® in November 2014 and held this role until January 2018.

In addition to their real estate positions, Michael Hidalgo has experience as an Instructor at Realtors® of the Palm Beaches & Greater Fort Lauderdale from April 2016 to June 2018. Michael also worked as a Market Analyst at Waypoint Residential from August 2013 to October 2014, where they conducted research on residential real estate markets nationwide and contributed to the development of multifamily projects through pro-formas and investment memorandums.

Michael Hidalgo, MBA, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Florida State University from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University from 2008 to 2010.
