Tim Silbermann

Tim Silbermann is a co-founder of RWRD, a technology platform aimed at connecting the hospitality industry and enhancing earnings through a digital cashless tipping solution. They began their professional journey as a Commissioned Officer in The Mercian Regiment, serving in Afghanistan, where they led teams in challenging circumstances. After completing a six-year tenure in the British Army as a Captain, Tim transitioned to the financial services sector, holding various project management roles and overseeing significant change initiatives. Passionate about entrepreneurship and mentoring, Tim currently dedicates time to helping young people set and achieve their goals.
