Sharon E. Luongo

Sharon E. Luongo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer enablement and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Enablement at RWS Group since April 2021, Sharon previously held the same title at SDL International, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and coordinating internal resources. Sharon's earlier roles include Corporate Labeling Manager at Covidien, where innovative strategies were developed for brand compliance, as well as a focused project manager on language standardization efforts. Previous experience also encompasses logistics planning at Kendall Healthcare and marketing/customer service at Polyken Technologies. Sharon holds a BA in Business Management from Lesley University and a certification in Project Management from Bryant University.
