Michaela Vorwald

Michaela Vorwald is a Teamlead Human Resources Development and Employer Branding at RWZ since October 2019. Prior to that, Michaela worked as a Human Resources Development Specialist at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund and as a Student Assistant at DLR. Michaela also has experience in IT Quality Management at HDI-Gerling Industrie Versicherung AG and as an Intern at University of Düsseldorf. Michaela holds a Master of Science in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen, along with coaching and bachelor's degrees in Psychology from various institutions.
