Rx Communications Group, LLC is a best-in-class investor relations and corporate communications public relations firm specializing in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Our senior-level team has worked with hundreds of CEOs and CFOs, globally, to successfully develop and execute comprehensive, tailored communications programs for private and public companies across a broad range of development stages and market capitalizations.

What sets us apart?

• Experience: We employ only senior-level professionals with more than 25 years of relevant experience in healthcare investment banking, equity research, investor relations, and public relations.

• Attentiveness: We are available 24/7 and are highly responsive to clients’ needs. We use a hands-on “partnering” approach in which we view ourselves as an extension of the C-suite.

• Credibility: We leverage our extensive contacts across the U.S. investment community to raise awareness and visibility of our clients with relevant investors, analysts, and bankers. Long-time relationships are fostered with the buy- and sell-side, investment bankers and journalists for our clients’ benefit.

• Knowledge: We are experts in IPOs, financings, M&A, partnerships, and litigation. We guide companies from preclinical-stage through commercialization, delivering sharp, impactful messaging for data readouts and medical presentations.

• Innovation: We offer individually-tailored and tightly-integrated IR and PR programs with a scope that aligns with our clients’ needs.
