Rx Group is a specialist staffing firm that partners with US-based biotech and pharmaceutical companies to build high-performing teams.

If you work in the Life Science industry, you are impacting the lives of patients and families every day.

We want to play a part in this.

Rx Group was founded in 2023 to help pharmaceutical and biotech bring more medicines to patients globally.

We support science-first ventures from IND-enabling through to commercial readiness - placing senior consultants, fractional leaders, and full-time executives across the following functions:

✅ Quality Assurance & Quality Control
✅ CMC & Technical Operations
✅ Commissioning, Qualification and Validation
✅ Regulatory Affairs
✅ Clinical Development & Clinical Operations
✅ Pharmacovigilance & Medical Affairs

Our clients range from venture-backed start-ups to late-stage clinical and pre-commercial biotech.

Built on curiosity, integrity, and long-term partnerships - we’re here to solve deeper hiring challenges, not just fill roles.

With a clear purpose, a deeper understanding of our markets, and a passion for building long-term relationships, Rx Group is committed to helping you achieve your ambitions, and create a healthier future. 🧬🌎
