Cally Stanphill, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished People-first HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at Rx Redefined. With a strong track record in building impactful People Operations for fast-scaling companies, Cally previously led talent acquisition at PainTEQ, where they shaped company culture and drove employee engagement, earning recognition as a Best Place to Work. Cally has also held roles as Talent Director at Midtown Recruitment Group and Recruitment Manager at Ledgent, partnering with various organizations to enhance their recruiting strategies. Additionally, Cally serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board for Ronald McDonald House Charities and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Cally is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business at Schiller International University.
