Adebayo A. has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held various positions since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Medical Representative at Roche (now Swiss Pharma Nigeria). In 2012, they completed an MBA Candidate program at Lagos Business School. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Market Development Intern (Pharma Ingredients) at BASF. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Market Developer West Africa at BASF West Africa, where they conducted and presented a Ghana country concept study to the Africa market development committee. In 2015, they became a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they led change management and rigorous program management adoption in private sector led think-tank in a major country in Africa. In 2017, they were a G-Startup Worldwide Indonesia 2017 Batch at G-Startup Worldwide and a Master of Advanced Management at Yale School of Management. Adebayo then founded RxAll Inc., where they led the team from idea to scale across multiple African markets, getting certified quality medicines to 1.5M+ patients within 4 years of launch and generating annual revenues (USD Millions) growing 300%+ y-o-y. Adebayo also led the team to win various awards, such as the Microsoft Hello Tomorrow Best DeepTech Platform in Africa, CIO Review Most Promising PharmaTech Vendor Award, and China 2018 Award for Best DeepTech Platform in World. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer at StorsApp, Inc.
Adebayo A. began their educational journey at King's College, Lagos, where they obtained their West African School Certificate and National School Certificate in General Sciences from 1996 to 2002. They then went on to the University of Ibadan and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2008. In 2012, Adebayo A. attended Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, where they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, Adebayo A. obtained a Washington Fellowship in Business and Entrepreneurship from Yale University. They also attended Hitotsubashi ICS (Hitotsubashi University Business School) for the Global Network For Advanced Management program in 2016, and Yale School of Management for a Master's Degree in Master of Advanced Management in 2015-2016. In 2021, Adebayo A. attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the 2021 Legatum Foundry Fellowship in Development & Entrepreneurship. Currently, Adebayo A. is attending Harvard Kennedy School for a Mid-Career Masters in Public Administration (Mason Program) in Public Administration.
Adebayo A. has also obtained several certifications, including a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity in January 2019, a Barack Obama Letter in December 2018, a Barack Obama Mandela Washington Award from The Government of the United States of America in May 2018, and an Intermediate Level Microsoft Excel certification from Microsoft.
