Help Desk Analyst

Zac Self has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at RxBenefits, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Zac worked as a Genius at Apple from January 2012 to July 2022, where expertise in customer service and technical assistance was developed. Early career experience includes working as a Mechanic at Lightning Strikes Family Fun Center from September 2008 to June 2010. Zac holds an Associate's degree in Design and Visual Communications from ITT Technical Institute, completed between 2008 and 2010, and a Basic Diploma from Hewitt Trussville High School, obtained in 1999.
