Andrew Cridland

Andrew Cridland is currently an Associate Director at RxCelerate, where they focus on delivering drug candidates to the clinic. Previously, they served as a Principal Scientist at WaveBreak, leading a project that developed a drug candidate for Parkinson’s disease. Andrew's experience includes roles as a Team Leader and Senior Scientist at Charles River Laboratories, where they managed interdisciplinary teams and contributed to the medicinal chemistry strategy that resulted in clinical candidates. They also worked in senior scientist positions at GSK and Eisai US, and began their career as a Scientist at AstraZeneca.
