Aditya Pathak

Aditya Pathak is the founder and CEO of RXpress (2025–Present), building the next generation of medicine delivery and Pharmacy 2.0 Q-commerce. At IHX, they held roles including Associate Director - Product Management (2022–2024) and Director - Product Management, running a 100 Cr ARR payer & provider–facing platform and leading product commercialization, growth, and key insurance and hospital relationships. Prior to that, they worked in management consulting at Deloitte (2016–2019) and KPMG (2019–2022) and in technology consulting at Infosys (2015–2016). They earned a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (2010–2014, Distinction) and an EGMP in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2021–2022).
