David Wilkinson

David Wilkinson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. David started their career as a Tax Senior at Ernst & Young from 1986 to 1989. David then moved on to Verified Technical Corporation, where they served as the Vice President Finance & Controller from 1989 to 1998, overseeing all financial, HR, banking, and accounting functions. Subsequently, they established their own internal tax practice for US companies, serving as the Director from 1998 to 2000. David then joined REMEC, Inc. as the Director of Accounting from 2000 to 2002, where they managed various financial departments and played a crucial role in integrating accounting processes. After that, they became the Director of Worldwide Taxation from 2002 to 2005, guiding all tax activities for REMEC's international presence and overseeing payroll, stock option, and treasury functions.
