Lenique Cross, BTM, CPBS, serves as the Director of Enterprise Training at RxSense, where that individual has developed and implemented training programs that significantly enhance client satisfaction and employee knowledge. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager, where client relationships were strengthened through tailored strategies, and Enterprise Training Manager, where effective training programs were designed based on analyzed needs. Lenique has also held positions such as Contact Center Supervisor, overseeing multiple teams, and Customer Service Supervisor at both Bed Bath & Beyond and UnitedHealth Group, demonstrating strong leadership and a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction and compliance rates. Lenique holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate of Science in Criminal Investigation from Everest University-Pompano Beach.
