Thomas Thi

Thomas Thi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas is currently working at RxSense as the Director of Development Operations, leading sprint planning and implementing the Agile methodology. Prior to that, they served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at the same company, maintaining and managing the corporate Amazon Web Services (AWS) tenancy using automation and Infrastructure as code tools.

Before joining RxSense, Thomas worked at IntegriChain as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they helped bio/pharma manufacturers identify and remove barriers to patient therapy initiation, adherence, and persistence.

Thomas also has experience as a Systems Administrator / Consultant at Anexinet, where they designed and implemented various infrastructure solutions and managed Rapid 7 Nexpose Vulnerability scan tool.

Thomas has previously worked as a Solutions Architect at Hay Group, designing and deploying production environments for client-facing applications, and as a Network Administrator at Fishman and Tobin, providing company-wide LAN/WAN connectivity and technical support for workstations.

Thomas began their career as a Desktop Support specialist at DVUA - Delaware Valley Underwriting Agency and as a Senior Technician at KehTron Computers.

Thomas Thi received a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Penn State Abington, which they attended from 1992 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in AWS, including AWS TCO and Cloud Economics, AWS Business Professional, and AWS Technical Professional from Amazon Web Services in November 2016.
