Tom Gilson currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RxSense since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple senior leadership positions at CVS Health from July 2013 to November 2024, including President of PBM Health Plans and Senior Vice President of both PBM Health Plans and Sales and Account Services. Tom's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Medco from May 1995 to July 2012, and various roles at MetLife from May 1985 to April 1995, culminating as an Account Executive. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
