Bob Phillips

Bob Phillips, MBA, serves as the SOX Director and Chief Audit Executive at RxSight, Inc., and holds the position of President for the Orange County Chapter of the IIA. Previously, Bob held the title of Vice President of Compliance and Controls and Chief Audit Executive at Thomas James Homes, as well as Manager of Risk Advisory Services at RSM US LLP. Bob's career also includes a role as Director at RGP, following the acquisition of Accretive Solutions by RGP in December 2017.
