Brittany Kai

Brittany Kai, PHR, is a certified Human Resources Professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at RxSight, Inc. With a background in HR management, Brittany has held multiple roles including Sr. HR Generalist at Primoris Services Corporation and Human Resources Generalist at Metagenics. Brittany’s earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Monarch Beach Resort and an HR Specialist with the City of San Clemente, as well as internships which complemented their HR journey. Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
