Diane Dille

Diane Dille currently serves as a Clinical Affairs/Clinical Training Specialist at RxSight, Inc., a position held since July 2021. Prior to this, Diane held the role of Applications Support Manager at Abbott Medical Optics from January 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included training surgeons and support staff on the Catalys femtosecond laser for cataract surgery. Additionally, Diane worked at Johnson and Johnson Vision as an Application Support Manager from February 2016 to July 2021, focusing on training Ophthalmologists and support staff on the Catalys Precision Laser System and Refractive Equipment. Earlier in the career, Diane was an Ophthalmic Technician Team Leader and Trainer at Eye Surgeons of Indiana from December 2001 to January 2016, and began as an Ophthalmic Technician and Surgical Assistant at MidAmerica Retina Consultants from August 1989 to December 1995, managing various clinical duties and assisting in surgical procedures.
