James Skaggs

James Skaggs serves as the Regional Manager for U.S. Field Service at RxSight, Inc., leading teams across the East and Central regions. With a background in various technical roles, James has extensive experience in the field service industry, having previously held positions at Medtronic, Mazor Robotics, SCIEX, and Immucor, Inc. Key responsibilities have included the maintenance and repair of complex medical devices and systems, as well as providing mentorship and escalation support within teams. James holds a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biomedical Equipment Technology from St Philip's College, and a Certificate of Completion in Biomedical Equipment Technician from the Community College of the Air Force.
