Jason Young

Jason Young is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering LDD at RxSight, Inc. since January 2025, Jason previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Inari Medical, where Jason established the software department and led the development of a network-connected Intravascular Ultrasound device. Jason's earlier tenure at RxSight included key roles in building the software department and managing development teams for two generations of a Class III medical device. Jason's career began at Medtronic, where Jason managed software development and led teams responsible for pioneering diabetes therapy systems with artificial pancreas technology. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Information and Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
