Robert Glick

Robert Glick is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of ophthalmic device development. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at RxSight, Inc. since February 2018 and at Carl Zeiss Meditec since July 2013, Glick specializes in intraocular lenses and associated implantation instruments, focusing on product and process development, optimization experiments, and compliance documentation. Previous positions include Consultant at Robert Glick Consulting, Director at Advanced Medical Optics overseeing IOL technology and eye care development, and Senior Principal Engineer at Advanced Medical Optics, concentrating on intraocular lens design.
