Steve Hantman

Steve Hantman is an experienced professional in the ophthalmic industry, currently serving as the Account Manager-Team Leader for the Northeast Region at RxSight, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Steve held positions at Alcon as a Surgical Glaucoma Manager and at Ivantis, Inc. as a Glaucoma Surgical Representative. Steve's previous experience includes working as an Account Executive-Cataract at Johnson & Johnson Vision and holding various positions at Bausch + Lomb, where roles ranged from Sr. Surgical Territory Manager to Pharmaceutical Territory Manager. Earlier in Steve's career, a stint as a Research Associate at Synaptic Pharmaceutical and a Student Manager role at Southwestern Company was completed.
