Wendy Lee

Wendy Lee is a seasoned professional in the ophthalmology industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as a Clinical Affairs Training Specialist III at RxSight, Inc. since October 2020, Wendy previously held the position of Ocular Surface Account Executive and Field Sales Trainer at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where a notable achievement included being the #1 Ranked Nationally in both Sales and Growth in 2019. Prior to that, Wendy excelled as an Area Manager at NVISION Eye Centers, where various roles included lead patient consultant and cataract coordinator. Wendy's career began at the UCLA-Jules Stein Eye Institute and Eye Health Northwest in technical and clinical roles, showcasing a strong foundation in ophthalmic care. Wendy holds a Bachelor's Degree from Oregon State University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
