Anna Hatter

Anna Hatter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Anna began their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant at The College of William and Mary. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Docent at St. Luke's Historic Church & Museum, and in 2009, they served as a Proctor at the Sir Christopher Wren Building.

In 2010, Anna joined The Advisory Board Company, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Marketing Associate, they secured over $1.2 million in new business and achieved rapid promotion to Senior Associate within six months. Anna later became a Senior Product Marketing Manager, coordinating lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. After that, they served as an Associate Director of Product Marketing, managing a team responsible for executing demand generation campaigns. Lastly, they became the Director of Strategic Marketing, overseeing marketing plans, brand strategy, and new product launch plans for seven product technology and consulting portfolios.

In 2018, Anna joined Optum and was responsible for conceptualizing, building, and launching consumer-centric, data-driven campaigns. Anna'srole included collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and maximizing thought leadership and product promotions.

In 2021, Anna joined Waystar as a Marketing Director, where they focused on hospitals and health systems. Anna led marketing initiatives until 2022 when they transitioned to their current role as Director of Marketing at RxVantage.

Anna Hatter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History from William & Mary, attending from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, with Distinction from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust in February 2021.
