Bret Piano

Bret Piano is an experienced executive with a strong background in product strategy, analytics, and customer-centric solutions within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at MMIT since January 2022, Bret leads product vision and execution to enhance market access services. Prior to this role, Bret held leadership positions at ConcertAI, HighPoint Solutions (IQVIA), and Digitas Health, focusing on strategy development, data management, and marketing analytics. Bret's career also includes significant contributions at Aileron Solutions and Noetyx, where strategic insights and real-time solutions were developed for clients. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Bret continues to engage in educational pursuits at The George Washington University School of Business as a member of the Advisory Council.
