Jourdan has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. They most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at RxVantage since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Urgenci from November 2021 to August 2022. They also briefly served as the Lead, Talent Delivery at Urgenci from September 2021 to November 2021.

Jourdan's previous experience includes working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Graphic Packaging International, LLC from January 2020 to July 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner II at InComm from February 2019 to January 2020.
