Donald Pittman has extensive work experience in various roles in the manufacturing industry. Donald started their career as an Engineering Co-op at Newcomb & Boyd, LLP in 2006. Donald then worked as a Summer Intern at UA Local 177 - Plumber and Pipefitters in 2009, where they handled payroll tasks and account reconciliation. Pittman also served as a Student Assistant at Georgia Tech Research Institute in 2009, assisting with equipment maintenance and water filtration system installation. In 2010, they joined International Paper as a TCP/Manufacturing Excellence Engineer and later took on roles as Relief Process Manager and Process Manager, where they managed shift workers, resolved quality issues, and ensured a safe work environment. Since 2012, Pittman has been employed at Rayonier Advanced Materials, where they worked as an Operations Engineer, Interim Area Manager, and Area Manager before assuming their current position as Global Sourcing Lead, MRO.
Donald Pittman attended the College of Coastal Georgia from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. From 2005 to 2009, they studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
