James Pudner

James Pudner, CPA, has extensive experience in tax management and reporting, currently serving as the Director of Global Tax & Risk Management at RYAM since May 2024, following a previous role as Director of Global Tax from March 2022. Prior to RYAM, James held positions at Rayonier Advanced Materials as Manager of Tax Reporting and Planning and Senior Manager of Global Tax from January 2017 to December 2020, and at EY as a Senior Tax Associate from 2013 to January 2017, focusing on income tax provision audits and compliance for large corporations. James began a career in 2011 at UDA Technologies as a Product Specialist/QuickBooks ProAdvisor, contributing significantly to sales and technical support. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance, and a Master of Accountancy, both from Auburn University, where James maintained a 4.0 GPA in graduate studies.
