Jay Posze

Jay Posze has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jay began their career as an HR Manager at Jostens, where they progressed to the position within two years. Jay then joined Koch Industries as an HR Director, responsible for leading multiple departments. At Albemarle, Jay served as an HR Director for the United States and later as the Global HR Director, overseeing various HR functions. Jay then moved to Rayonier, where they held positions as SVP - Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer. In 2023, Jay became a Board Member at the National Association of Manufacturers. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in M&A, operational improvements, and executive compensation design.

Jay Posze attended Western Kentucky University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources.
