Kirk Lee is an experienced professional in process development and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Process Development and Optimization at Rayonier Advanced Materials since February 2014. Prior to this role, Kirk held the position of Manager of Process Engineering at Rayonier Advanced Materials from 2006 to 2013. Earlier in Kirk's career, valuable experience was gained at International Paper, where responsibilities included Manager of Technical Services and Group Leader of Process Engineering from 1996 to 2006, as well as serving as Environmental Group Leader at Union Camp from 1991 to 1996. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi and is a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma for Manufacturing from the George Group.
