Lise Gingras

Lise Gingras has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lise is currently the Vice President of Talent Management & Diversity at RYAM, a role they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Talent Management at RYAM from September 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining RYAM, Lise worked at Tembec where they held various roles over the years. Lise started as the Manager of HR Administration in an important division of the company, where they provided guidance and support on various human resources matters. Lise then progressed to become the Manager of Human Resources for the Pulp & Paper division and later the Corporate HR Manager. Lise'stenure at Tembec lasted from 2004 to 2022.

In 2017, Lise briefly worked at Rayonier Advanced Materials as the Senior Director of Employee & Labour Relations for Canadian Operations, a role they held until September 2021.

Lise Gingras possesses a wealth of experience and expertise in talent management, diversity, and labor relations, making their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Lise Gingras completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Ottawa from 1992 to 1995. Lise then pursued a Certificat in Industrial Relations at Université du Québec en Outaouais from 1995 to 1996.
