Chris Downs

Chris Downs has over 19 years of progressive experience in the construction and engineering industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ryan Incorporated Central since January 2015, Chris previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Phillips & Jordan, Inc. from January 2007 to October 2014. Earlier in the career, Chris worked at Granite Construction as a Field/Equipment Engineer and Office Engineer from May 2004 to January 2007. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Murray State University, completed in 2004.
