Nick Kielbasa

Nick Kielbasa currently serves as Superintendent II at Ryan Incorporated Central, having advanced from Superintendent I, and oversees project planning, GPS, and equipment management. Previous roles include GPS Engineer at Plote Construction Inc. and Operations Superintendent at Custom Land Services, where responsibilities encompassed home excavation, land development, and fleet management. Nick's expertise in heavy equipment sales was demonstrated as a Doosan Sales Specialist at Sargents Equipment & Repair Service, and prior to this, Nick gained experience in business technology consulting at Konica Minolta. An accomplished athlete, Nick was a key player on the Illinois State football team, contributing to conference championships and earning team captain honors.
