Dan Baxter is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Project Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc. since July 2014, Dan has held various leadership roles, including Director of Development and Senior Preconstruction Manager. Prior experience includes over a decade at The Weitz Company, where Dan operated in multiple capacities, culminating as Senior Project Manager, overseeing the execution of projects with a focus on quality and safety. Additional experience includes roles at Story Construction, where Dan was a Project Engineer, and Taylor Construction as an Estimator. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Drake University.
