Committed To Quality. Focused On Value.

Since the start of Ryan Construction, Inc. in 1988, President Richard Shields has made customer satisfaction the company’s top priority, with the primary focus of completing projects on time and on budget.

Being committed to quality and focused on value is the normal way of life for the Ryan team. For that reason, we personalize and tailor our services to address the specific needs of our clients and become their partner of choice in the construction delivery process.

Our clients recognize us as an organization of talented professionals focused on managing the construction process in such a way that they will be completely satisfied with the end result of their project. At the core of our success is a team of highly-skilled professionals.

Our dedicated employees have allowed us to build medical facilities, research facilities, colleges, private school, corporate offices, and other public and private projects that rival anything in the industry. In addition, we are able to consistently and more aggressively manage construction budgets and schedules.

More than 90% of our projects are with repeat clients; some of them began working with Ryan more than 25 years ago.

Companies conduct their business based on the core principles of their leadership. Mr. Shields has set the tone of how the company operates since founding the firm. All of our clients find Richard to be a man of his word. The bottom line is Ryan Construction keeps its promises.

Mr. Shields adds, “At Ryan, we are fair to everyone we do business with – clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors. And, we make it our personal responsibility that everyone is satisfied with their experience working with Ryan. This is who we are; this is the Ryan culture
