Anna Krafczyk has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a safety and emergency procedures instructor and previously as a flight attendant at Ryanair since July 2005. Prior to this role, Anna worked as an interpreter and translator in German at Sirocco Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH from September 2004 to May 2005. Anna holds a Master's degree in Business English from the Silesian School of Economics and Foreign Languages, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Business English and German from Silesian University/Business Language College, completed in 2004.
