Declan Costello

Declan Costello is an accomplished IT leader with over two decades of experience in infrastructure and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Ryanair since May 2012. In this strategic role, Declan oversees the development and management of global IT infrastructure essential for airline operations, while previously managing teams responsible for desktop, helpdesk, and infrastructure services. Prior to Ryanair, Declan held IT management positions at Oxigen Environmental and Boylesports, demonstrating expertise in supporting large teams and complex technical environments.
