Donal Stears

Donal Stears has a diverse professional background, with significant experience in the retail and aviation sectors. Donal's career began at McDonald's Corporation as an Equipment Maintenance Technician from January 2001 to July 2003. Following this, Donal held various positions at Harvey Norman Ireland from January 2007 to September 2017, progressing from Sales Associate to Assistant Store Manager and ultimately becoming Store Manager. Since February 2018, Donal has been serving as an Airline Pilot for Ryanair.
