In the culinary sector, Joe has held various roles including Head Chef at Ha’ Penny Bridge Irish restaurant and Finnegan's of Dublin, where responsibilities included menu planning, quality control, and staff management. Joe's notable positions also include Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Kimpton Fitzroy London, respectively. Transitioning to aviation, Joe is currently an Airline Pilot with Ryanair, previously serving as a Flight Dispatcher, where responsibilities included supervising a team, ensuring safety, and coordinating with multiple departments. Joe's educational background includes aviation training from the Stapleford Flight Centre and Bristol Ground School.
