Marcin Zytecki has extensive experience in IT support and leadership roles, currently serving as WRO Desktop Team Lead at Ryanair since January 2017, following a position as IT Helpdesk Administrator. Prior to this, Marcin worked at Hewlett-Packard from October 2013 to January 2017 as IT Support and Implementation Lead, where responsibilities included providing first-level support for HPE BPS end users and managing various IT systems.
