Marlene Lopes

Marlene Lopes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aviation and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Base Supervisor and former Cabin Service Supervisor at Ryanair, Marlene has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise since March 2018. Prior to that, Marlene worked at ZARA HOME as a Sales Associate and as a Customer Service Specialist at SONAE. Earlier experience includes roles in public relations and event planning, notably as a Public Relations Event Specialist at Quinta de Palmazões and an Event Planner Assistant at Silva Carvalho Catering. Marlene's academic background includes a Master's degree in Ciências da Comunicação from Universidade do Porto and a Licentiate degree in Comunicação Social from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
