Sara Sobral

Sara Sobral currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Ryanair, beginning in October 2023, after holding positions as a Human Resources Officer. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Intern at The Westin Dragonara Resort, along with experience as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. Sara gained initial industry exposure through internships at NEYA Hotels and Viaja com Lisboa Santos as a Sales & Reservations Intern and Travel Agent Intern, respectively. A Front Office Intern at Marriott International provided further experience during an Erasmus+ KA1 VET mobility program, complemented by a Sales Assistant role at Barnardo's during another Erasmus+ mobility. Sara holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from Universidade do Algarve, a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Universidade Europeia, and a Vocational Course in Commerce from Escola de Comércio de Lisboa.
