Sean Allan is a Captain at Ryanair, having previously served as First Officer since 2015. Possessing extensive flying experience, Sean has demonstrated exceptional team working, leadership, and communication skills in the high-pressure environment of commercial aviation. Prior to their aviation career, Sean held diverse roles, including CRM Specialist at 4S Technologies and Ice Technician at Brightwork Limited, where they effectively trained new staff and ensured customer satisfaction. Sean completed an Integrated Airline Training Course at CTC Aviation Training, achieving a 94% in ATPL Ground School Exams and a first-time pass in both CPL and IR.
