Shane Carty is currently the Head of HR at Malta Air, having served in various HR roles at Ryanair, including HR Manager and Employee Relations Manager from 2016 to 2017. Shane also worked as an English Language Assistant at Academie de Creteil in 2012-2013. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies with French from Technological University Dublin. Additionally, Shane participated in an Erasmus Year focused on European Studies and Languages at Université Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV.
