Sílvia Silva has extensive experience in the aviation and quality assurance sectors, with a notable career at Ryanair, where Sílvia has advanced from Cabin Crew to Cabin Crew Junior Supervisor and currently serves as Cabin Crew Supervisor since March 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Manager at Tequalim - Segurança Alimentar from March 2010 to January 2013, and Management Systems Consultant at both Pedra Base - Consultoria e Formação and Gradualbusiness - Serviços de Gestão, Lda. Sílvia began the professional journey as a Store Manager at L’OCCITANE Group in 2006.
