Jon Heyland

Jon Heyland has extensive experience in logistics and business development, currently serving as a Business Development professional at Ryan Transportation since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at ALDI USA, beginning as a Management Trainee and advancing to the role of District Manager for the Midwest Region, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple retail locations and managing significant profit and loss while ensuring compliance and growth. As Director of Logistics, Jon supervised a Midwest distribution center, managing nearly one billion dollars in inventory and optimizing logistical strategies to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Southeastern Community College.
